Lots of New Spoilers
Ariel with Wizardden.com back again and my have the last couple days have been stock full of spoilers. Surely even more will be out by the time we start tonight's tournament. As it stands we have just under half of the set spoiled with the rest presumably coming between now and Sunday. Kicking off today is the last two commands, both are great for their low costs.
Next up are the new rares and mythics I believe will see the most play in constructed. First up are the low cost aggressive rares that could revive the low curve devotion decks that we used to see a little less that a year ago.
Next up are the cards that got me thinking about a new archetype: Dragon Tempo. Haven of the Spirit Dragon gives the color consistency needed and even a late game play if your hand runs low. The spells that receive a boost if you have a dragon in hand or in play along with all the powerful mid to low cost dragons could very well be the new Timmy thing to do.
These ones I'm sure will be talked about a lot, but will likely see very little Standard or Modern play. Commune with Lava may get something banned or banned itself. I say this because it looks amazing for Storm decks. This may be a bit hasty, but given recent decisions by WoTC it's possible. Next up is Damnable Pact which seems good at first glance, but honestly what deck do you run it in? Mirror Mockery and Myth Realized seem silly if you can get them going but who is really going to let you get away with that?
These new big dumb spells seem like good control finishers, but are best played in commander.
Lastly are the two that are so close to being amazing but are missing something small yet important. Assault Formation doesn't change the opponent's creature's damage output. Pitiless Horde is not a warrior.
Next up is the cycle of mana rocks replacing the banners in our limited play. These seem absolutely great in limited play.
These are the last of the megamorph dragons. Though I am not a fan of the cycle the blue one seem quite good in limited play.
Similar to the 2014 hate cycle we are getting a new hate cycle. Each one hates on the two other colors of it's Khans clan. Rending Volley will no doubt see modern play.
All of these artifacts will likely see some limited play, but the order I have I placed them is the order I would draft them in.
Not to be confused with artifacts we do have an actual colorless card in the set. So far Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and the eldrazi cards are the only other truly colorless nonland cards. Side note these are actually before white cards when sorting by collector's number.
These all stand a good chance to be played in constructed. Duress would be an auto include if the format wasn't so dominated by creatures now days, either way rejoice in getting an awesome new art.

These seem good as well, but may not compete with everything else we have to pick from when building our decks.
Creature - Bird MonkDefender, flying
As an additional cost to cast Orator of Ojutai, you may reveal a Dragon card from your hand.
When Orator of Ojutai enters the battlefield, if you revealed a Dragon card or controlled a Dragon as you cast Orator of Ojutai, draw a card.
Wrapping up our coverage today are these three. Silkwrap might see some sideboard play. Sarkhan's Triumph could be okay in that tempo list I mentioned earlier or perhaps in control to get the benefits of the dragon spells without running too many dragons. Wandering Tombshell could make it's way into turtle tribal.
Look forward to the last couple installments of our Dragon's of Tarkir spoiler coverage coming in the next couple days right here at Wizardden.com.

Fate Reforged Limited Championships (Video)
Hey guys Josh here with wizardden.com. After a long break and no videos I'm back. Today I bring you the FRF Limited Championships. A lot of video content here but hopefully this will help you get a better feel for how the format works. I know that we'll have Dragons of Tarkir soon but this should help at least get a better idea of the power of the Fate cards.
21 12, the winner of the fetches on MTGO let me know that they do not have an account. I'll be back with another video of Abzan Aggrorange in standard this weekend so be sure to subscribe for your chance to win a pair of KTK fetchlands.
Deckbuilding
Round 1
Round 2
Round 3
Round 4
Round 5
Round 6
Round 7
Round 8
Had some recording issues however we were able to eek out a win keeping us alive for top 128 and prizes.
Round 9
Annnnnnnd we died. That's alright though. I mentioned in the deckbuilding section that this was not the strongest pool and after play I still feel as though the pool was built correctly. It's a shame I couldn't have had the Ugin the Spirit Dragon, Citadel Siege, Duneblast, Tasigur, the Golden Fang pool I had to qualify for this but with how broken that was I guess it's only fair.
As always, thanks for watching and be sure to subscribe an tune in this weekend to find out the winner of the fetches. Happy Battles!!

Another Look at the Latest Spoilers
Ariel with Wizardden.com here again to continue our spoiler coverage.
Kicking off today is the last two dragon lords. Both seem to be pretty powerful late game bombs that could greatly swing a stalled game in your favor.
Warriors got a bunch of love over the last couple days. Locally we have had a black white warrior deck for some time now that consistently performs well. These new additions could push it to the top tier.
Anafenza, Spirit of the Family Tree - WW
Legendary Creature - Spirit Soldier
Whenever another nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, bolster 1.
Sadly Anafenza takes on a less substantive form in this new future, the upside though is that this version is equally as playable as her Khans counterpart.
You know those moments when R&D forgets how to balance a card, well here's another case of that. This likely won't be stupid expensive, but I am sure it will see a ton of play. Congregation at Dawn could lead to a revival of Melira Pod combo in Pod's absence. Food Chain makes good friends with it too. The possibilities are so good.
These uncommon dragons look awesome for limited, casual, and to a lesser degree constructed.
These Power Ranger dragons are less impressive than their multicolor counterparts, but still make for okay bombs.Interesting weird rares find their way into every set. New Opportunity seems good, but the other two seem bad.
Battlefield Thaumaturge makes this cute, but that's about it.
Removal seems good for limited and Ultimate Price will no doubt go right back to being a staple as it was before.
These seem good, but I am honestly unsure how much competitive play they will see. Each of these are fairly niche cards that may be competing too much with mainstay staples to warrant the space.
Modern Masters has been confirmed to have these two bad boys.
Last spoiler I'll talk about today is this new flip card from this summer's core set. It's exciting for sure however Dragons of Tarkir has so much going for it and Modern Masters 2 comes immediately after so the core set excitement can wait for a bit. I'll be back here at Wizardden.com with new spoilers in a day or so.
